The Journey
DTC Shipping Logistics
Using our database of compliance logistics for over 40 countries, we can determine the direct-to-consumer shipping availability to your customers. Duties and Taxes are also calculated early at the point of sale.
Global Transit via FedEx Express
After shipping, duties, and taxes are agreed upon from our partnered wineries, we file all digital paperwork with FedEx before forwarding the wine shipment label back to the winery. The shipment is then safely packed.
Tracking Information
We conduct rigorous compliance checks at every stage to ensure your premium wines arrive without customs delays due to clearance delays. All tracking numbers are forward to the customer early on.
Door-to-Door Delivery
With tracking information forwarded to the customer early on, and duties & taxes prepaid, your guests are able to smoothly accept their wine shipment. We require and advise all shipments to be received on first delivery attempt.
